    Abstract

    DreamSpring has an incredible history in building up underserved communities across the United States, leveraging over 25 years of success filled with an innumerable number of client success stories. At the same time however, internal dynamics need attention as well. Turnover and leadership development have been rightly identified as needs of the organization, potentially hindering its maximum potential of performance. Despite being 26 years old, over 60% of the current staff has been on the job less than 5 years. The key to solving this problem lies in the realm of training leaders
