dc.description.abstract | In this paper, I showed my teaching philosophy as a qualified adult EFL teacher by demonstrating my understanding of constructivism, culturally responsive pedagogy, communicative language teaching, and application of these theories in real teaching settings. Different artifacts I did at Vanderbilt University explained and supported four professional knowledge areas and related TESOL domains. The theories I learned and the teaching practicum I experienced have shaped me into a facilitator who always cares for students in task-oriented adult EFL class. At the end, I pointed out challenges I would face in the future and came up with possible solutions for my own language class. | en_US |
