dc.description | Leadership and Learning in Organizations capstone project
dc.description.abstract | This capstone explores the impact of organizational change and institutional role transition as experienced by the student affairs department of an international university in Florence, Italy. An explorative qualitative study was designed with a data collection that triangulated interview data and document analysis. The data yielded ten findings and seven recommendations as starting points for action based on a department’s restructured identity against a backdrop of change still in progress.
