Different school models employ different organizational structures that can impact teacher wellbeing. Seligman's multidimensional approach to wellbeing, which has five measurable elements that include positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment (PERMA) is the conceptual framework for this study. This study aimed to investigate the extent that teachers at Relay Lab Schools reported healthy wellbeing as well as the elements of the Relay Lab Schools’ organizational structure that teachers reported affected their wellbeing. In addition, this study aimed to provide recommendations on how Relay Lab Schools can improve teachers’ wellbeing.
