dc.description.abstract | This quality improvement project worked with an educational consulting firm to explore the ways in which organizational restructuring impacted employee trust in the organization as well as the organizations readiness for future change. The quality improvement project included a quantitative survey measure as well as open ended questions to gather employee thoughts. Survey data showed that while the organization was able to maintain employee trust during the organizational restructuring the organization has need for development in both organizational structures and employee training to engage in future change with resilience. | |
