dc.description.abstractA quality improvement project that examines the implementation of an online learning initiative (i-Ready) at St. Michael School. St. Michael School is a private catholic elementary school in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. In the first year of implementing i-Ready, this project investigates if the teachers have the resources, capacities, and supports needed to implement the program successfully. The project also examines how teacher practice changed as a result of i-Ready, if students engaged in i-Ready, and if relationships exist. The project found that teacher practice did not change due to i-Ready. In addition, while students were engaged in the program, the intermediate and junior high students found the most success with the program, especially in math.en_US
