Lattice Radiotherapy: Influence of Parameters and Anatomical Motion on Dose Distribution

Abstract

The optimal radius and spacing combination in Lattice Radiotherapy (LRT) has not yet been identified. The dosimetric impact of these parameters, along with how plan characteristics are perturbed by anatomical motion, remain insufficiently described. This is an area of pressing need as LRT plan quality depends highly on these factors.

This study investigates how variations in radius and spacing affect LRT dose distributions and evaluates the robustness of these parameters under anatomical motion.
