Abstract
Evaluating leadership development in international education and cultural exchange program. This exploration examines the lived experiences of exchange program alumni and the exchange program team. In collaboration with the program team we explore leadership capacity development in the program through the conceptual frames of relationships for learning, and identity-based leader development.
