Get Real: Instructional Implications for Authentic Writing Activities

Abstract

The first portion of the project is a literature review of authentic writing activities and instructional implications. The review is followed by a curriculum project prepared to engage elementary students in authentic writing activities through the creation of a classroom newspaper.
