Patricia Armstrong describes her experiences with different technologies in her French classes -- powerpoint, websites with audio features, a digitized version of the play "Tartuffe" etc. The goal should be enhanced engagement in learning. Matt Hall describes the first-year writing seminar that he co-taught in the fall of 2007 with Jay Clayton called "Worlds of Wordcraft" that used YouTube, Google docs, Microsoft Office Live spaces, blogs, etc. Jay Clayton describes the interactivity and level of engagement of the students using these techniques to teach new ways to think about narrative in writing.
