Description
Dr. Jack Sasson examines two manifestations of Mesopotamian utopias and two manifestations of Mesopotamian dystopias. Neither the two utopian visions nor the two dystopian visions reflect modern definitions of either, "Rather, the focus is on elaborating paths that lead to one or away from the other."
