dc.description.abstract | The Uniform Land Transactions Act (ULTA) and the Uniform Simplification of Land Transfers Act (USLTA) recently were approved by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and recommended to the several states for adoption. The symposium which follows this article thoroughly analyzes ULTA and USLTA in light of current Florida law. The purpose of this article is to review the development of these acts and place them in general perspective. Thus, the reader will have a rough framework within which the more specialized and detailed student analysis may be placed. | en_US |
