Demonstrating Resilient As A University

Abstract

This capstone project was created to answer the following question: How does a university respond to a crisis event? The focal site was Missouri State University (MSU) in Springfield, Missouri, and the lens through which this study was conducted focused on how the school responded to the COVID-19 pandemic. Data was collected, analyzed, and findings and recommendations were created on the topic of becoming a more resilient organization.
