Developing Global Leaders: An Exploration of Intercultural Competency Building through a Virtual Learning Expereince

In partnership with Pacific Jesuit University, this capstone explored an online course's ability to develop intercultural competence. This sequential mixed methods study documented growth in the intrapersonal dimension of Braskamps (2009) framework for Holistic Human Development, though no growth was documented in the interpersonal or cognitive dimensions.
