Vanderbilt Chancellor Gordon Gee responds to questions following a hoax article in the campus humor magazine Slant, in which he was reported to have died. He says that it's good to be alive, and that he takes the joke as a compliment. The issue of Slant was produced as a parody of the Vanderbilt Hustler and was unnumbered but dated Mar. 11, 2003.
