The panel includes judges who presided over the Anfal genocide trial in Iraq, including the president of the Iraqi Higher Criminal Court (a.k.a. Iraqi High Tribunal). Among those convicted in the trial was Ali Hassan al-Majid ("Chemical Ali"). Stephanie Brown, Regime Crimes Liaison for the U.S. Dept. of Justice, introduces the speakers: Arif Abdul Razzak al-Shaheen, the tribunal president, and judges Mohammed Oraibi Majeed al-Khaleefa, Hewar Hama Khursheed al-Jaff, and Taher Taleb Mahdi.
