dc.description.abstractMy paper aims to review my study at Vanderbilt University through analyzing artifacts and comparing those with related theories and standards. My teaching philosophy is going through the whole paper. That inlcudes promoting constructivism in my future teaching and figuring out the role of teachers and students in class, creating culturally repsonsive class environment and rationalizing differentiation for students' situations.en_US
