Refining relationships with employers who seek to include a neurodiverse workforce

Abstract

Individuals with neurodiversity are more discriminated against than individuals with physical disability in the hiring process. The findings of this capstone project serve to address the misconceptions surrounding employment challenges and have the potential for mitigation.
